Product Details
The TK-240 is a compact, light, and fully portable fuel polishing system that removes water, sludge, and other contaminants that accumulate in fuel storage tanks. The system’s compact design allows for easy transportation from tank to tank or into tight areas where fuel may need to be polished. With a 4 GPM flow rate, the TK-240 can polish up to 240 gallons (908.5 liters) of fuel in just 1-hour of runtime.

MWM TCG 2032B V16 (60Hz) stationary lean-burn Otto gas engine; 4000 kWel output; configured for Natural Gas (MN 64-80); natural gas optimized 250mg/Nm3 NOx @ 5% O2; incl. Integrated Front End (IFE) module, multi-gas mixer, turbocharging, microprocessor-controlled high-voltage ignition, and individual cylinder knock/temperature tracking.
2. High-Voltage Alternator
Premium Marelli MJH 800 MC6 or TDPS TD 145 synchronous internal-pole alternator; 13800 V (13.8kV), 60Hz, Class F insulation, IP23 protection. Features Brushless Permanent Magnet Generator (PMG) excitation, 2-bearing self-lubricated slide bearings integrated with the mixture cooling, 6x PT100 winding sensors, and anti-condensation space heaters (4*200W).
3. Genset Skid & Lubrication
Rigid non-flexing steel base frame; torsion-elastic axial plug-in coupling. Includes height-adjustable steel spring vibration isolators, electric pre-lubrication/scavenging pump, 20 kW automatic coolant/oil preheating system, and an advanced lube oil system complete with mounting arrangements for IFE dehumidification.

5. Gas Train & Fuel System
DN 125/125 Zero-Pressure Gas Control Train (Dungs/Honeywell); includes automatic double shut-off valves (Class A), integrated valve seal leakage monitoring unit, gas filter, min-pressure switch, thermal monitoring isolated switch amplifier, and stainless steel expansion compensators.
6. Cooling & Exhaust Hydronic Kit
Loose-delivered high-efficiency plate lube oil heat exchanger, DN 125 gas & dirt micro-bubble separator (max 166.3m³/h), three-way temperature modulating valves (DN 80 / DN 125), safety relief valves, water low-level switches, and an exhaust back-pressure monitor switch (5-500 mbar).
7. MIP / TEM EVO Control Cabinet
TEM EVO Basic Cabinet (ST32-F) with 15" TFT graphic touch operating terminal (BRT); features Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP (MTCP) interface, analog speed setting (ASD), 16 parameterizable failure messages, crank chamber pressure regulation (KGB), 40h/6min electronic logging log/history, and pre-fitment for remote eService. Includes 8m pre-confectioned robust plug cable sets.
